long road to get here

time travelled and beyond

the tears could fill an ocean

but no tide could break the bond

amidst births deaths holidays that come and go

kinships

ebb and flow

whilst obstacles grow...

in dirty little rows...

you

have always been there

bedrock of my home

in fall green leaves die

with you, never so

...so

allegiences may sway

with time it is prone

but i

will be right here, steadfast

set in stone --BAR
